What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is applied at checkout - we apply a flat rate of $15 to orders.

Depending on your location, we may use a range of courier services including hand delivery, couriers and Auspost Express.

Please advise in order comments if you have any special requests.

How do the gift messages work?

Your message will be written in sharpie on the underside of the box lid. Please keep messages to 50 words or less.

What’s the deal with temperature sensitive ferments?

We strongly recommend ordering your Condimental box to a daytime address with somebody there to receive and place ferments in a fridge immediately.

It's important you place any fermented products into the fridge as soon as possible once they've arrived. Our pouches are designed to stay cool for 48-72 hours but may be affected by heat fluctuations in transit.

Fermented products are still safe to eat if they get a bit warm, however flavour may be affected as they start fermenting again. If your product seems particularly fizzy or gassy on arrival please get in touch.

Can I order individual items?

If you love one particular item please get in touch and we may be able arrange something for you.

What are the health benefits or risks in these products?

Condimental provides absolutely no advice or suggestions on health-related claims and strongly recommends anyone with allergies or intolerances to check directly with the manufacturer if any clarification is required.
